AFTER HOURS DROPOFF:
Near our west door, there is an "early bird" steel container that will allow you to fill out an envelope with your contact information, your service concerns and any special instructions that you would like us to follow.
Secure your keys inside the envelope, drop the envelope through the mail slot in the secure steel container and we will call you on the next business day to discuss your service concerns.

VEHICLE MAINTENANCE:
Living in the beautiful Northern Minnesota requires us to maintain our vehicles to the Manufacturers Maintenance Schedule B (for any Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep Products). This maintenance schedule came with your new vehicle upon purchase and is "REQUIRED" maintenance to ensure complete warranty coverage. If you do not have one, please contact our parts department and we will see that you get one. We would not like to see you have a warranty coverage issue because the required maintenance was not completed.
Note: For this reason, it is important to have your maintenance log validated when each maintenance service is completed.

ORIGINAL FACTORY PARTS:
We use genuine factory parts for replacement parts on your vehicle. These parts are engineered for your vehicle by the manufacturer and carry a 12 month/12,000 mile part and labor warranty good at any franchised dealer. After market parts are usually less expensive and normally only carry a 90 day parts warranty with no labor warranty. You pay for the labor twice if you have a faulty part. Some of these parts are also inadequately designed and sometimes could cause premature engine wear. Each vehicle has particular engine, transmission and differential lubrication requirements and the wrong selection could cause shortened life and even complete failure.

WAITING FOR SERVICE:
Enjoy two comfortable, clean, well-lit lounges in our new showroom while your service work is being completed. Either choose to sit by the fireplace and read or sit at our pub style lounge and watch cable television all while enjoying fresh coffee, or bottled water. So comfortable that half of our service customers choose to wait for their vehicles!

SHUTTLE:
We provide two clean and comfortable minivans for our shuttle service. We will deliver you and pick you up to the destination of your choice within 10 miles of our service department, absolutely FREE.

PICKUP:
We would be happy to pick up your vehicle for service work if you cannot arrange to deliver it. Please give us a call to get more information.
